Roulette Online Casino Login: Sign In to Your Account
How to sign in with your username and password
You sign in to Roulette Online Casino with the unique username and the password you created for your account, not with your card details or a customer number. Both are case sensitive, so a stray capital is the most common reason a first attempt bounces back.
Tap the login option at the top of the site. The same box appears on mobile, since the site is built to work on a phone screen as well as a desktop one.
Type the username you chose for yourself. If you cannot recall it, your registered email address will still let you start a password reset.
Check that caps lock is off and that your keyboard has not auto-capitalised the first letter.
Tick Remember Me only on a device that nobody else uses, then confirm and you land straight in your account.

UK players welcome
Remember Me saves you retyping your username each time you come back. On a laptop you share, or on any machine you do not own, leave it unticked and sign out when you finish playing.
Fingerprint sign-in and what each way in gives you
If your device supports it, you can sign in with your fingerprint instead of typing a password. It is quick, and it means your password is not being tapped out in public. Your username and password still work at any time, so keep them somewhere safe even once fingerprint sign-in is set up.
| Way in | What you need | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Username and password | The username you created and your password | Works on any device, every time |
| Username and password with Remember Me | The same details, with the box ticked | Best kept for a device only you use |
| Fingerprint | A supported device with your fingerprint registered on it | No password to type in front of other people |
Whichever route you take, you arrive in the same account with the same balance, the same history and the same settings. Signing in does not commit you to anything: you can look at your transaction history or adjust your limits and sign straight back out.
Resetting a password you cannot remember
A forgotten password does not lock you out for good. The reset runs from the login box itself and the link always travels to the email address registered on your account, which is what keeps the process secure.
You will find it just under the login box.
Enter either your username or the email address registered to your account.
A reset link goes to your registered email address. Check your spam or junk folder if it has not arrived in a few minutes.
Choose something you have not used elsewhere, then sign in with your username and the new password.
Keeping your login details to yourself
Your username and password are yours to look after. Anyone who has them can reach your balance, so treat them the way you treat your online banking details.
If you think somebody else has used your details, change your password straight away and get in touch with us so we can look into the activity on the account.

When a sign-in will not go through
Most failed attempts come down to something small. Work through the list below before anything else, because it clears up the majority of cases.
- Wrong field. The login box wants your username; your email address is for starting a password reset.
- Capitals and spaces. Passwords are case sensitive, and a trailing space copied in from a notes app will fail silently.
- An old password. If you reset recently, the previous password stops working as soon as the new one is set.
- A break you set yourself. With Take a Break or self-exclusion active, your account stays closed until that period ends, by design.
- A limit change waiting on you. Where you have asked to raise or remove a deposit limit, you will be asked to confirm it again when you next sign in.
- Age or identity documents. We can ask for proof of age at any stage, and we may ask for verification documents again from time to time.
One thing to expect once you are inside: there is no demo or free-play mode here, so games run on deposited funds. That is how we operate under UK Gambling Commission rules.
Losing connection part-way through a game
Signal drops happen. Game recovery brings an interrupted real-money game back to its last known state, so when you sign in again you pick up where the round left off rather than losing it.
If the connection goes while you are playing free spins, the winnings are credited to your account roughly 30 to 45 minutes after the spins were claimed. There is nothing you need to do in the meantime beyond signing back in and giving it that window.
The safer gambling settings you control from your account
Every tool below is self-service, available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, once you are signed in. Nothing needs to go through our support team first.
Deposit limits
| Period | What it covers | When it starts again |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | 00:00 to 23:59 GMT on the same day | At the start of the next day |
| Weekly | Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 GMT | At the start of the next week |
| Monthly | The first to the final day of the calendar month | At the start of the next month |
Anything you do not use in a period does not roll over into the next one. If you have more than one limit set, the most restrictive of them applies, and your financial limits carry across every current and future account identified as yours.
Breaks, reminders and self-exclusion
- Reality Check. The timer starts at your first wager and shows a reminder at the interval you pick, with the choice to carry on, look at your transaction history or log out.
- Take a Break. Pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or any stretch up to six weeks. It reopens on its own when the time is up.
- Self-exclusion. A minimum of six months, applied across every account linked to you. Your account stays closed afterwards unless you ask us to reopen it.
- GAMSTOP. Registration with the national self-exclusion scheme is signposted for anyone who wants to step away from UK gambling sites as a whole.

Your welcome bonus is waiting
Free, confidential support is there from GamCare, Beacon Counselling Trust and Samaritans, and our safer gambling team can be reached by email. Blocking software for shared or family devices is signposted too. Playing here is entertainment and it carries real risk of losing money, so set the limits that suit you before you play rather than after.
What sits behind your account and keeps it secure
We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39175. Connections to the site are protected with SSL encryption, deposit limits and self-exclusion are built in, and we verify accounts as part of running them properly.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account, and we can ask for proof of age at any point. Identification details are passed to authorised credit reference agencies so we can confirm who you are and check the payment details on the account; those checks may be repeated from time to time. Cookies on the site are used to run it, along with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Everything in your account is handled in pounds. GBP is the only currency we use, so the balance you see when you sign in is the balance in your cashier with no conversion in between.
Getting hold of us about account access
If a reset email has not arrived or something about your sign-in does not look right, talk to us. Live chat runs in English from 6am to 9pm BST, seven days a week, and the average wait for a reply is around three minutes.

| Safer gambling team by email | Any time | For limits, breaks and self-exclusion |
Have your username ready and tell us what you have already tried. It saves a round of questions and gets you back to our roulette and live dealer tables faster.

Login: questions and answers
Do I log in with my username or my email address?
Use the username you created when you joined, together with your password. Your registered email address comes into play when you need to start a password reset.
Can I sign in with my fingerprint?
Yes, fingerprint login is available on supported devices. Your username and password keep working as well, so you always have a second way in.
I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Use the Forgotten Password link under the login box and enter your username or your registered email address. A reset link is sent to the email address we hold for your account.
Why can't I get into my account?
Check your username and that caps lock is off first. If you have an active Take a Break or self-exclusion, the account stays closed until that period ends, and we may also be waiting on proof of age or verification documents.
Should I use Remember Me?
It is handy on a device only you use. On a shared or public device, leave it unticked and log out when you have finished playing.
Can I play without depositing once I am signed in?
No. There is no demo or free-play mode, so games run on deposited funds, in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements. The minimum deposit is £10 in a single transaction.
What happens to my game if my connection drops?
Game recovery returns an interrupted real-money game to its last known state when you sign back in. If it happened during free spins, the winnings are credited around 30 to 45 minutes after the spins were claimed.
I asked to raise my deposit limit but nothing has changed. Why?
Increases and removals go through a 24-hour cooling-off period, then you confirm the change again the next time you sign in. Reductions, by contrast, take effect immediately.
