Accepting these terms, and changes to them

These terms set out the agreement between you and Roulette Online Casino for the use of this site and any account you hold with us. By registering, depositing or playing, you confirm that you have read them and accept them in full.

Where a game, payment method or promotion has its own rules, those rules apply alongside these terms and take priority for that activity if the two conflict.

We may update these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law, in our licensing obligations or in how the site works. The version published here is always the current one, and we show when it last changed. Where a change materially affects your rights, we tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect.

If you do not accept an updated version, you may ask to withdraw your balance, subject to the checks described below, and close your account.

Eligibility and your account

An account with us is personal to you and may be used only by you.

Who may open an account

  • You must be 18 or over. We do not allow anyone under 18 to register, deposit or play.
  • You must be resident in the United Kingdom and must not be registering on behalf of another person.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion with us or through a national self-exclusion scheme.
  • You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, and the funds you play with must be your own.

One account per person

You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts sharing a name, address, device or payment method may be closed, and where a duplicate has been used to claim the same offer twice we may remove the bonus and anything won from it.

Your details and your login

The name, date of birth, address and payment details on your account must be your own and kept up to date. Your password is your responsibility: do not share it, and tell us straight away through live chat or at support@casinorouletteonline.co.uk if you believe someone else has access. Until you do, play through your login is treated as your own.

Verifying your identity and your funds

We hold a gaming licence and must know who our customers are, so every account is verified. We may ask for documents when you register, before your first withdrawal, or at any point afterwards.

  1. Proof of identity in your own name, such as a current photo identity document.
  2. Proof of address, such as a recent bill or statement showing the address on your account.
  3. Proof that the payment method you used belongs to you, in the format described in the cashier.

Your first withdrawal is paid once these checks are complete, and deposits or play may be limited while anything is outstanding.

Source of funds

In some cases we are required to ask how the money you gamble with was obtained and to request supporting evidence. This is a legal obligation rather than a judgement about you. Withdrawals may be paused while such a request is open, and an account may be closed where the information is not provided.

Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

Deposits

Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. The methods open to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and any processing times are shown in the cashier. Funds in your account are held for play, are not a deposit with a bank and earn no interest. If a deposit is reversed, we may recover the amount from your balance and suspend the account while we look into it.

Withdrawals

  • We return funds to the method you deposited with wherever that method supports it; if it does not, we use an alternative in your own name.
  • Requests are processed once outstanding verification is complete, and anything still pending is shown in your account.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and the time a payment provider may take, are shown in the cashier.
  • We may hold a payment where we suspect fraud, a breach of these terms or play that is not genuine, and we tell you when we do.

Bonuses and promotions

Each offer has its own terms, published with the offer itself, and claiming an offer means accepting them. These are the conditions you should expect to find.

ConditionWhat it covers
Wagering requirementHow many times a bonus must be played through before funds can be withdrawn.
Maximum betThe largest stake allowed while a wagering requirement is still open.
Game weightingHow much each game counts towards wagering, and which games are excluded.
Expiry and maximum conversionHow long you have to use the offer, and any cap on what can become withdrawable cash.

Abuse of promotions

Offers are meant for ordinary play by a single customer. We may withdraw an offer, remove a bonus and anything won from it, or close an account where we find duplicate accounts, players acting as a group, stakes placed to exploit an offer rather than to play the game, or automated play. Deposits not involved in that activity are returned.

Safer gambling, and closing an account

Gambling should stay affordable and enjoyable. These tools sit in your account and apply as soon as they are confirmed:

  • Deposit limits per day, week or month. A reduction applies immediately; an increase takes effect after a cooling-off period.
  • Reality checks that pause play to show how long you have been playing.
  • Time-out for a short, fixed period during which you cannot deposit or play.
  • Self-exclusion for a longer minimum period, which closes your account to gambling and stops our marketing.

Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop lets you self-exclude from every online operator licensed in Great Britain with a single registration. Ask live chat or e-mail us if you would like help setting any of this up.

Closing or suspending an account

  • At your request. Tell us by live chat or e-mail; any withdrawable balance is paid once the usual checks are done.
  • Self-exclusion. This cannot be lifted before the minimum period ends, and reopening afterwards is not automatic.
  • Inactivity. We may close a dormant account after contacting your registered e-mail address, and we explain how to claim any balance left on it.
  • Breach of these terms. We may suspend or close an account for a breach, for false information or for unlawful use of funds, and we give you the reason.

Complaints, liability and governing law

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to support@casinorouletteonline.co.uk or raise it with live chat, giving your account name and what happened. We acknowledge complaints promptly, answer within a reasonable time and keep you informed if a matter takes longer to look into.

If our final answer does not settle the matter, you can take the complaint to an independent dispute resolution service free of charge. We give you its details with that answer.

Our liability

We take care to keep the site and the games running as they should, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for loss caused by your connection, your device or events outside our reasonable control. Where a game malfunctions, the round is void and stakes are returned; a payout made in error may be corrected and recovered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms provided your rights are not reduced; you may not transfer yours.
